Radley is a London-based, British accessories brand which designs and manufactures handbags, purses and other women's accessories for UK and international markets. The brand was founded by Lowell Harder in 1998. Justin Stead is the current CEO of the brand and was appointed in May 2015.
An angry customer mentioned, "Radley's current customer service is not acceptable. I work for a company that are working from home and know that the current calls and emails are not being handled correctly you need to make this better."
Machine Operator/General Labor (Former Employee) says"radley staffing never pay over 10 dollars regardless what it is. they dont provide water in summer time for none if the sites. a person cant advance here. alsi its a lot of favortism"
Demolition dummy (Former Employee) says"They promised overtime. 10 hrs a day. I was knocked off of a ladder by an a/c unit and slammed into a wall by the unit and it landed on top of me. It blew my shoulder out. Had surgery on shoulder. At the workers comp hearing they said I was only gonna be there 4 days and they paid me 32 hours. I get 70% of that and then the lawyer gets 25% of what's left. I asked for proof of pay i.e. check stubs, then got terminated. Run from them. They never asked me how my shoulder was. TMy shoulder is still screwed up after surgery"
Consultant Work (Former Employee) says"This was a ok job that taught me how to clean different construction sites. I also met a lot of different people with various amount of job skills the hardest part of the job was dealing with the different job site managers they were rude and unprofessional."

Construction Laborer (Current Employee) says"working for the company is fine because its a temp agency, but there's times of the year where there is no work. along with that there's no benefits and rarely an oppurtunity to move up in the company or a pay raise. its a great place to start off till you can get where you need to be. There is weekly pay with no week in the whole, they find you work immediately but chances are it wont be consistent.instant work/ payno consistency/ no benefits"

The job positions might not always be near most of the time the job positions were to far out.We were able to leave for lunch and be back before 1 hour1 hour break"

General Laborer (Former Employee) says"We are at these big construction site cleaning and moveing and unload thing all day for the 8 hour shift , one lunch break and a 15 minute break around 2:00.its always work to do once you been placed at a site.alot of noise"

LMC77 says"when I received an email to say my refund was being processed and this can take up to 15 days, I thought they were just being over-cautious. Turns out, they're not. In this day and age of rapid banking, which allows them to withdraw my money in 15 seconds, they expect us to believe it takes 15 days to refund? 20 years of custom with Radley and I will never shop with them again. A very shabby way to treat customers who pay a lot of money for their products. They should be taking better care of them."
Jennifer Greenhalgh says"Ordered from them returned said items with recorded delivery few days later on a Wednesday they emailed on the Saturday to say my refund was being processed can take fifteen days still.waiting only phone line available is to take orders no other options to speak to customer services emailed twice they haven't replied how can a firm such as radley have a poor refund response policy ridiculous having to wait this length of time other companies such as next are managing to refund within a few day s I have been a customer online with them for over twelve years never again will I shop with them after this I am going to my bank to claim my money back and the bank will reclaim it from them"

Heidi Latham says"Purchased a whole set of suit cases, 2 large 1 medium 1 small and vanity. Used 3 times and on two different airlines the bottom of two of the suits cases are torn beyond repair, the wheels have not broken the suitcase is torn around them, must be a de sight fault, reported to Radley but they are not interested, total waste of money."
